Yes. Starter is free with no time limit, up to 100 bookings per month. You don’t need a credit card, and the plan will never start charging on its own. If you go over the limit, we’ll simply offer you the option to upgrade to a higher plan.

Nothing dramatic – existing bookings remain valid. To accept further bookings that month, you just need to upgrade to the Pro plan. We’ll notify you in advance as you approach the limit.

Payment is made by card through the secure Stripe payment gateway. Your subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually) and you’ll receive the invoice by email. You can update your card at any time in your account settings.

Yes, at any time. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately; downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. No notice periods or penalties.

The listed prices are excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated on the invoice in accordance with applicable legislation. We are not currently VAT-registered.

No. Everything listed in the comparison above is included in the plan price. No activation fees, no guest commissions, and no hidden charges. If we add optional paid add-ons in the future (e.g. SMS notifications), they will always be clearly labeled and optional.
